Draft. Must be reviewed before launch.

• What we collect: email and alert preferences if you subscribe; company, contact and billing details if you post a job (when payments launch they will be handled by a third-party processor; we won't store card numbers); privacy-friendly aggregate analytics.
• Use: sending alerts you asked for, processing listings, improving the site. We don't sell personal data.
• Processors: hosting (Netlify), email provider, and a payment processor once payments launch.
• Your rights: access, correction and deletion: email privacy@managerroles.com. Unsubscribe link in every email.
• Retention: subscriber data until you unsubscribe; billing records as required by law.
